Our manufacturing process follows all the step wise
procedures to ensure the quality of the final finished
products. The process starts from-

Amalgamator Stage: In this stage the soap base is added,
along with the fragrances, colorants and other additives.

After this, these are mixed thoroughly to precise concentrations
and the mixture is then passed through fine mesh screens
in multi-stage refiners and roller mills to create a
homogeneous composition.

This stage is then followed by the soap compression
process, where the soap is compressed and extruded through
a forming plate to obtain the desired shape and is cut
to length. After this, the shape is then press stamped
as per the design of our client's brand into the soap.

Finally the soap is packed either inline or offline,
depending on the complexity of the packaging process.
Now it is ready to restored and dispatched. |
